About Aileen
I have 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance and have the reputation of implementing excellent work ethics to my team members and efficient QA process strategies. My patience in teaching and the reward I feel on this journey enabled me to lead my team to achieve the highest success rate in both in manual and automation testing. My 10+ years' experience in software development also makes me unique in this industry. The QA approaches and strategies I share to my team, levels up the language and successful approaches pertaining to how they should approach the developers in terms of the right questions to ask; and technical know-hows; and how to efficiently and strategically test without over testing.
