I started ballet at 4 years old and have trained under some of the best choreographers in the world. I have a great skill for breaking down movement no matter what level you’re at & focus each class on the student rather than myself.

I teach dance classes with a holistic approach, training many different styles but also incorporating all my yoga, pilates, mindset coaching studies to develop your athletic artistry. You can expect to be pushed in my classes with a strong focus on technique and safety for a long career avoiding injury. I want my students to feel uplifted, capable & empowered.
