My approach to tutoring is simple: make things clear, keep students engaged, and adapt to how each person learns best. I focus on breaking down complex ideas into easy steps, then building them back up with examples and practice. I encourage students to ask questions, think out loud, and learn actively rather than just memorizing.
A typical lesson starts with a quick review, followed by introducing a new concept in a simple way. We then practice together, and gradually move to independent work so students can build confidence. I always end with a short recap and feedback.
What sets me apart is the focus on understanding, not just getting the right answer. I’m patient, flexible, and adjust lessons based on the student’s pace. The goal is to make students feel comfortable and capable.
