About Meryl
Hello! I’m Meryl Pataky, an artist based in the beautiful Bay Area. With a passion for creativity and a dedication to my craft, I’ve spent the last 15 years teaching in various roles, sharing my knowledge and inspiring others in the art community.
As a curator and writer, I find joy in exploring and showcasing the diverse and vibrant world of art. My primary medium is glass sculpture, where I transform raw materials into intricate and expressive pieces that tell a story. The interplay of light, color, and form in glass sculpture fascinates me, and I continuously strive to push the boundaries of this medium.
In addition to my artistic practice, I offer personalized tutoring in creative arts and writing. My teaching approach is student-centered, using interactive workshops, guided practice, and constructive feedback to help students discover their unique voice and style.
