About Jack
My name is Jack,I studied sports as a GCSE, but over the past 4 years I have been obsessed with how the body works and how we can transform our bodies, my knowledge in this field is overwhelming there’s not a lot I don’t know about bodybuilding or fitness.
With experience in boxing - rugby and bodybuilding there’s not a lot I can’t help with and I’ll be sure to make sure your needs are tended too.
