About Georgia
Hi, I’m Georgia, a qualified science teacher currently teaching Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at secondary school level.
My academic background includes a degree in Sports Science, alongside a Biology Subject Enhancement course completed to A-level standard. This combination provides a strong understanding of scientific principles and their practical application.
I understand that many students find science challenging, particularly when complex topics are introduced quickly in the classroom. My tutoring approach focuses on breaking concepts down into clear, logical steps, helping students build genuine understanding and confidence.
I enjoy tutoring because it allows me to work closely with students, adapting lessons to their individual learning style and pace. It is particularly rewarding to see students grow in confidence and develop a clearer understanding of topics they previously found difficult.

I focus on building clear understanding and confidence in science.
Many students find science challenging because concepts can feel complex or rushed in the classroom. My aim is to break topics down into simple, logical steps, helping students genuinely understand the material rather than memorising it.
Lessons are relaxed, supportive, and tailored to each student’s pace and needs.
I have a strong academic background in science and a clear, patient teaching style.
