About Scott
I am an expert in Mathematics with a deep subject knowledge and a passion for helping students excel. I use innovative teaching techniques in my lessons — techniques that I bring into my tutoring sessions to make learning engaging, memorable and effective. With extensive experience working with EAL students, I am skilled at tailoring explanations and support to suit individual needs. I have a great sense of humour and pride myself on building strong relationships with students, enabling me to get the very best out of them. Throughout my career, I have consistently achieved excellent results, with students regularly meeting or exceeding their potential under my guidance.

My subject content knowledge in Mathematics is exceptional and I will guide you to finding ways to becoming an expert in Mathematics too. In addition, you will learn about exam techniques so that you are able to really improve the quality of your written answers. My 25 years of teaching, tutor experience and A-level examination marking have given me the insights needed to help you succeed. If you are looking to pass GCSE/IGCSE or IGCSE Further Mathematics with flying colours or want the A-level results in Mathematics or Further Mathematics, needed to get into a good university, then I am able to help. My intention is for you to understand the content and not simply pass the examination through innovative and engaging lessons. Lesson length is a minimum of 60 min.
