About Andrew
Having been in various bands for past 25 years as a guitarist, drummer and singer I feel I can teach both guitar and drums for beginners and intermediates to a proficient level.
I work in education in my day job and find that I have a very natural ability and interest in teaching. I feel I can adapt well to different peoples learning styles.
With drums I can teach you very basic drum patterns that can develop to more complex drum patterns and can be adapted to various styles of music. I would get you playing alongside various music tracks as we progressed in the sessions.
With guitar, at beginners level, I would start you off with very basic strumming patterns as you learned to form a few very simple chord patterns on the fret board. This could develop into the intermediate stage with more complex chords and also music scales and elements of basic lead guitar.
