About kangiyogacom
I work from about 6 years every day from Monday to Friday with groups of people and in therapeutic yoga therapy. I am currently working in Centro tu Fuente de Salud with groups of people and individuals, as well as in Blanca where I teach group yoga classes. My name is Angel Kangi and I am currently working in both group and individual therapy. Classes consist of 60 minutes of physical work and half an hour to work on Pranayama or Breathing Exercises, Meditation and Relaxation. I also work with the individual Therapeutic Yoga focused on pathologies, especially in problems of anxiety, nervousness, depression, low self-esteem, lack of confidence and security. I have a line of work for personal development and growth, for those who want to work more deeply with their inner Self.

He estado en algunas clases de kangiyoga, y tengo que decir que es un profesor excepcional. Consigue transmitir con sus ejercicios(muy bien explicados) y sus indicaciones una calma, en la que hace que se pase el tiempo muy rápido, además sus ejercicios me ayudaron con un problema de espalda. Además es muy atento con sus alumnos. Lo conocí de casualidad a través de la red, lo recomiendo al 200%. Un saludo
