My Teaching Approach as a Tagalog Tutor

Teaching Method & Techniques
I use a step-by-step approach that combines vocabulary building, pronunciation practice, and conversational exercises. Instead of memorizing long rules, students learn through practical examples, repetition, and guided speaking practice. I also focus on correct pronunciation and commonly used expressions to help students sound natural when speaking Tagalog.
Typical Lesson Plan
Each lesson starts with a quick review of previous topics to reinforce learning. We then move on to new vocabulary or grammar concepts, followed by guided conversation practice. Lessons often include real-life scenarios such as greetings, introducing yourself, ordering food, or daily conversations.
