About Maève
State certified sports coach, I am absolutely passionate about movement and the benefits of activities on our body.
Pole dancer for several years, I was able to train during a one-year internship at the MissPole Toulouse school and continued my learning and my development in the activity in Australia at The Pole Boutique.
I adopt a step-by-step approach to allow my students to progress safely, with a program adapted to their level. Without forgetting to challenge yourself;)!

Pole dancing is a complete physical activity that will make you work your body as a whole!
After a 20 minute warm-up, I will have you work a combo according to your level to help you develop your technique, flexibility, strength and coordination. We always end the session with a little cool-down and some stretching at the end of the session :)
And above all to make you like the activity!
No need to be flexible to start! On the contrary, starting from the base you can progress at your own pace :)

Prof sérieuse et très pédagogue. Très patiente avec ses élèves, elle décortique chaque figure et prend le temps pour expliquer. J’ai eu une grosse progression grâce à elle.
