About Dorothy
I am a singer-songwriter and yoga teacher, I have taught Yoga all my adult life. I have three children and live in Wales. I love songwriting in nature and going for walks with our dogs. I also love to teach classical guitar for all ages plus songwriting and singing techniques. I have just completed an MA in songwriting and I am about to apply for a PhD in music at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

I teach deep relaxation followed by Yogic asanas, pranayama mindfulness and meditation. I have been teaching Yoga for 25 years. I teach all ages. I have taught students with a wide range of medical conditions. Yoga is beneficial for relieving stress, anxiety and depression. Tap into the deep inner peace through the yoga practice and mindfulness.
