About Joyita
I am a professional dancer working with an internationally famous dance company Tanusree Shankar Dance Company. I am a scholarship holder graduate in Uday Shankar Style of
New Dance from Tanusree Shankar Dance Academy. I have been trained in Contemporary forms of dance through workshops and intensive programmes in India as well as in London, the Place.
I am presently working as a choreographer and teacher. I am teaching in Tanusree Shankar Dance Academy. I am training enthusiastic dancers and creating my own pieces. I am working towards forming my own studio.

I have a completely student friendly approach. I try to teach students by judging their capability and I first judge that through the practice of observations made by the students. I try to relate dance with daily life. I bring out the dance style through natural movement process.
