I have a diploma in advanced culinary skills, I have cooked in some of the most prestigious hotels, under world class chefs, to Michelin star standards. I worked as a private chef for numerous clients and have taught cooking to many others face to face.

We will go from discussing dietary requirements, writing the menu (in French of course!), sourcing the best ingredients, preparations, cooking techniques, time tables from starter to dessert. We can even choose the best wines to suit the dish. Easy to follow techniques on presentation. One on one online tutoring include webcam, telephone, MMS/IM photo and for EXTRA emergencies you can get direct assistance.
