About Branzon
I’m an experienced recruitment consultant with several years of hands-on success working in a highly technical and competitive industry, where I manage the full hiring process from first client conversation through to offer negotiation and placement. My day-to-day work involves sourcing hard-to-find candidates, running professional interviews, advising hiring managers, and closing complex deals — so I teach what actually works in real recruitment environments, not just theory.
Before moving into recruitment, I built my career in fast-paced, target-driven sales roles where I was promoted multiple times based on performance. This background means I bring a practical, results-focused approach to coaching: you’ll learn how to communicate confidently, influence decisions, handle objections, and manage recruitment processes professionally from start to finish.
I’ve personally trained and mentored junior colleagues, helping them build confidence, structure their approach, and succeed faster. Whether you’re completely new to recruitment or want to sharpen your skills, my goal is to give you clear, practical systems you can use immediately to get real results.
