Tailored lessons to help my students with their architectural education or career. I aim to help students feel more confident about the task they are undertaking, providing knowledge, guidance and support. I am friendly and patient, but also like my students to feel they have progressed during the lesson which will end with clear objectives. I provide a free 20-minute session so you can decide if you like working with me.
Here's a glimpse of the topics I cover:
1.Beginners Interior Design:
Explore fundamental concepts such as colour theory, furniture selection, lighting design, spatial planning, and textile selection. Learn to create scale drawings, mood boards, and sample boards for effective idea presentation. Gain insights into project completion methods and how to translate client requirements into cohesive design plans.
2.General Design and Concept Tutoring:
Receive feedback and strategies to develop your design narrative and portfolio.
2.Vectorworks, Revit, InDesign & Photoshop Tutorials:
Enhance your proficiency in software like Revit or Vectorworks (BIM) from beginner to advanced levels. Additionally, receive instruction in InDesign and Photoshop for comprehensive design workflow support.
3.Drawing, Model-Making, and Representation Skills:
Elevate your representation skills through focused instruction in architectural drawing and model-making. Tailored sessions can target specific drawing or modeling techniques to improve overall quality.
4.CV, Personal Statement, and Portfolio Review:
Receive personalised feedback on your work or university application package to increase job prospects or secure a place at university. Gain valuable insights into interview techniques through mock interviews and interview practice.
With a commitment to student progress and success, my lessons are designed to empower individuals to excel in their architectural endeavours.
