I have been practicing Tai Chi and Qi Gong for more than 20 years and thanks to these practices I have understood the importance of breathing for a full and satisfying life.
It is a real pleasure to accompany those who come to me for a part of the way and, thanks to counseling and various energy techniques, help them get closer to their potential. Seeing people blossom back into life is an unparalleled emotion.
