About Yael
I am currently a student, studying film and tv but i am working separately as a circus performer and teacher. I do private and community events and one on one lessons using my hoops, sometimes with fire. I also run workshop and can cater to each students needs.

My teaching is very hands-on meaning, i believe we learn best not just by learning the technical aspects of new skills but also visualizing them in a more introspective and personal way. I put alot of importance on practice and learning new skills, keeping journals and having the students film themselves on their own free time, so that the skills learned in the lesson can then be fixed by the student when they review their videos and start paying attention to detail. I also believe to brcome a true performer, students need to develop characters and acts, and with that comes alot of confidence, so building confidence in themselves, the space they are navigating during their performance, and the performance itself, is inportant.
