About FEDERICA
I love water, my natural element, my greatest passion.
I have been swimming for 31 years, which is practically forever.
I am a former competitor.
FIN swimming instructor. EAA Aquafitness & Aquatraining instructor.
I firmly believe in the 4 cornerstones of technical-professional and human skills required of those who teach: "Knowledge, Know-how, Know-how to make others do things, Know-how to be".
Water, which we are made of and from which we are born, is a unique and incredible environment with specific characteristics and its own motor patterns that must be taught, since we are terrestrial animals.

I teach the so-called "aquatic skills" to children, teenagers, master groups, adults, seniors (intending to overcome fears, learn this wonderful sport from scratch, improve swimming technique or curious to experiment with new methods and exercises of swimming, training and fitness in water).
I teach and work with the group and also individually, in Italian, English and Spanish.
I am thrilled to accompany and support my students-clients in the discovery of the wonderful world of water, through play, experimentation and educational and/or training exercises that are different from time to time, aimed at gaining confidence and mastery.
My method is multilateral and also uses relaxation and breathing techniques learned through the study of the so-called "breath-work" and the practice of the so-called "mindfulness".

Nonostante sia un veterano dell'acqua e mare in particolare, Federica ha saputo cogliere aree delle tecniche di nuoto stile libero pinnato e dettagli su cui lavorare per ulteriormente migliorare. Chieunque puo' migliorare con il suo approccio metodico e attento.
Preparata, attenta e precisa.
