Namaste I am Yogacharya Suraj, a qualified Master in Applied Yoga and UGC/NET-certified instructor. My mission is to impart authentic yoga wisdom to enhance overall health and fitness. With a deep commitment to improving physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, I aim to help individuals unlock their potential through personalized yoga programs tailored to various needs and proficiency levels. My invigorating classes, designed to target over 700 muscles, run from Monday to Friday, offering a comprehensive fitness journey. I conduct Online Yoga sessions globally and offline classes in Ahmedabad (Drive-in, Ranip, Sola, Shilaj, Prahladnagar, Satellite, Vastrapur, Bopal, etc.). Thank you.
