About Emily
I have 8 years of programming teaching experience with K-12, high school, and college first-year students through online live one-on-one instruction on Zoom or Teams. My Bachelor of Science in Computer Science is from Georgia Institute of Technology. I began coding at seventeen making simple apps and discovered I loved solving problems with computers. I believe anyone can learn programming with patience and practice. I offer flexible scheduling for busy students and anytime support because coding questions come up while practicing—immediate help prevents frustration and keeps learning enjoyable.
