About Nia
My fascination with French began when I first explored the language’s elegant sound and rich cultural background. This interest encouraged me to pursue a Master’s Degree in French Language Studies, where I studied grammar, literature, and communication patterns. During my 6 years of teaching, I have helped many students develop confidence in learning and speaking French.
I believe language education should feel supportive and interactive. My teaching approach focuses on conversation practice, practical exercises, and clear explanations. Every student has different goals, so I adjust lessons to match their learning pace and interests. Some learners want conversational fluency, while others focus on academic language skills.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading French literature and exploring cultural traditions from French-speaking countries. These activities allow me to bring authentic examples into lessons. Teaching French is fulfilling because I see students grow into confident communicators who enjoy using the language.

My French lessons focus on helping students build confidence in speaking and understanding the language. Beginners begin with pronunciation practice, common greetings, and everyday expressions that are useful in real conversations. Listening exercises help students become familiar with the natural rhythm and sound of French. Through simple dialogues, learners begin speaking the language early in their studies.
As students gain confidence, lessons introduce grammar concepts, verb conjugation, and vocabulary development. Reading short passages allows learners to strengthen comprehension while expanding their vocabulary. Writing exercises help students organize their thoughts clearly and apply grammar rules correctly. I provide supportive feedback so students understand their progress and improve steadily.
My goal is to make French learning engaging and practical. Lessons also include cultural topics that help students understand how the language is used in daily life in French-speaking regions. Over time learners become more confident speaking, listening, reading, and writing French. The language becomes a valuable skill for travel, study, and international communication.
