About Luna
My name is Luna, I am dedicated to personal coaching and teaching yoga. For the last few years I have dedicated myself to teaching yoga classes, trainings and retreats in different parts of the world. And recently I have finished my studies as a personal coach to integrate them into the experience and results in my sessions.

I design a personalized and custom programs for you, combining the ontological coaching methodology with somatic expression tools, such as yoga and meditation. Where do I give you full attention and care as we move forward in different areas of your life. If required we can create questions and materials that you can follow outside of the sessions. I usually get involved in a close, familiar way, creating a safe and trustworthy space so that you can experience your evolution 100%.
