About Jono
My cohort during our schooling years experienced many changes to the education system, including being the first year level to both change from the OP system to ATAR and graduate year 12 during covid. These were times where our teachers did not know how our education system worked and we as the students were the ones to map it out ourselves.
During school I've learned that teachers often want to skip ahead to the next topic to cover the content quickly, at the expense of actually explaining how topics relate, while providing platitudes of "just study hard, and do well".
I know this struggle all too well and am eager to provide assistance to identify what the student knows, what they are struggling with, and how to use it. Along with a few tips.

Teaching Methodology:
My methodology of teaching is getting to know the student's semester, and year level to have the material they are being assessed on at hand and identify the related topics.
Highlight and break down the scope of the task, ask the student if they've covered relevant topics and what they know about those items.
This is where I identify where the student is struggling and support them in their knowledge gap. I then show them how they can use these integrated topics in their homework or assessment task.
Typical Length of a lesson: 1 hour to 3 hours.
Price: $50/hour.

- Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness
- Certificate 3 & Diploma of Business
