About PANKAJ
I am an senior engineer and have 5 years of experience in teaching in Mathematics domain at academic level from 9th to 12th standard and
had previous ~10 years exposures in Wireless Communication Industry as Technical Solution Leader over various technologies in multiple, multi national companies across India but finally quit the job and adopted teaching domain as my great passion and promised to continue this journey forever to provide the quality deliberation in the domain of Mathematics. I had also worked as motivational trainer in the organization.

• Detailed deliberation on theory part to make clear the concepts along with examples to provide more clarity and using examples correlating with daily life events to memorize the concepts and content into the candidates.
• Post deliberation of the fundamentals & concepts of the topics at every 30 minutes or an hour, quick revision what learned in the last half an hour/hour to test where the candidates stands
• Provide short & quick notes of the formulae's and short notes on algorithm(including short details of the concepts) to develop the techniques for revision and remember.
• Once finished the topic, conduct tests to evaluate the candidate that how more efforts have to put to refine more and more.
• Request parents the feedback of the candidates efforts put at their homes and need feedback from the parents of the score obtained by the candidates in the tests conducted.
