About Jack
Hi, I'm Jack! I spend most of my time either performing, creating theatre, or talking about it—usually all three at once. As a performer and practitioner, I love helping students build confidence, sharpen their skills, and find their own artistic voice. Drawing on experience in acting, singing and dance, I aim to create sessions that are energetic, supportive, and full of creativity. I believe great performance comes from curiosity, courage, and a willingness to play, so expect plenty of encouragement and imagination!

My name is Jack Read and I am a musical theatre performer, actor, and educator who believes the best learning happens when hard work, creativity, and a little bit of chaos meet. Drawing on personal experience in acting, singing, dance, I create energetic, supportive spaces where performers can build confidence, embrace individuality, and develop the skills to tell stories with authenticity, imagination, and creativity.
A typical session can work with your own schedule and needs at the time, a 30 minute catch-up analyse a song, pick a monologue? Done! A little longer, say 60 - 90 minutes to prep for an audition, or perhaps that acting through song class that has you worried? Done!
All classes can and will be tailored to yourself, what you choose to get from it, and what time you can make work.
