I am studying a degree in Sports and Exercise Therapy at Loughborough. I have also studied sports since my GCSE’s. I have a big passion in sports and fitness that I would love to share.

About Aj
I have played football for the Northampton Cobblers since I was 6 years old. This is what spiked my passion for sports, as well being raised in a sports oriented household.
I achieved a Level 2 distinction in Sports science in my GCSE’s. This lead me to go to a football college where I gained a D*D*D in Sports Coaching and Development.
Whilst studying for my Gcse’s, I severely injured my knee during a football training. Unfortunately, this meant I couldn’t play football. My injury spiked an interest in physiotherapy and helping others, which is why I am studying my degree in Sports Therapy as well as why I want to help other people learn.
