About Martina
I am a dedicated singing tutor with over 12 years of experience teaching students from schools, colleges, and professional backgrounds. My focus is on helping students improve their vocal abilities, develop confidence, and enjoy the process of learning music. I believe that singing is both a skill and an art, and my lessons aim to strengthen technical abilities while encouraging self-expression and creativity.
My teaching methodology is interactive, practical, and student-centred. I teach essential vocal techniques such as breath control, pitch accuracy, tone modulation, and voice projection. I also cover music theory, rhythm, sight-reading, and performance skills including stage presence and emotional expression. My lessons combine structured exercises with real-life examples to make learning engaging and effective.
I tailor lessons according to each student’s level and goals. Beginners are guided with patience to build a strong foundation, while advanced students receive specialised coaching to refine technique, prepare for performances, and overcome challenges such as stage anxiety or vocal fatigue. I emphasise consistent practice, constructive feedback, and measurable progress to ensure students achieve their goals.
My mission is to create a motivating, positive, and inspiring environment where students feel confident exploring their voice, improving technically, and developing a lifelong passion for singing and music.

My teaching methodology for Singing is learner-focused and practical, helping students connect technique with real performance. I use real-life examples and case studies from popular songs and daily voice use to explain singing concepts in a clear and relatable way.
I teach with empathy and patience, supporting students through vocal challenges and confidence issues. My flexible teaching style allows lessons to be customised based on individual needs, goals, and progress. Clear communication ensures that students understand each technique before moving forward.
Through a problem-solving approach, I guide students to identify vocal weaknesses and improve them using simple exercises. Along with Singing, I also teach supporting subjects such as basic music theory, rhythm practice, ear training, vocal health, and performance skills.
