About Kristina
I have been studying meditation and yoga for almost ten years. Traveling to India with the O&O Academy, I learned from enlightened sages on awakening from suffering states of living. I have earned my 200 hour yoga teacher training certification from Asheville Yoga Center. Currently studying in a graduate program to be a licensed professional counselor at Regent University, I plan to integrate all modalities of healing for the betterment of my clients.

Kristina’s yoga session provided everything that I was looking for. Extremely calming, centering, physically challenging and an all around wonderful experience.
