I'm a Cheff. I have degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Istanbul Gelisim University in Istanbul/Turkey. Also Erasmus programme 1 semester Food Sciences And Biotechnologhy University of life Sciences Lublin/Poland. Some work experiences in the kitchen and TV programme in Turkey about cooking.

Generally my teaching method is based on visual memory. Sometimes taking notes, examining graphics, comment and making inferences, looking at images, learning the information but also comment by using the imagination. Usually making the lesson enjoyable by avoiding a boring environment.
