About Bethany
I have recently been in the same position as my students have been because I have just recently completed my alevels. I understand that sometimes a teachers explanation isn’t good enough and just a little bit of extra support can really improve your grade. For my own revision I have always stuck to things I knew would benefit me, such as making my own shortened notes and I hope that I can help you to develop the same skills as I have. I’ve always loved English and hope to study it at university in September because I get a real sense or joy from learning and teaching English which I hope I can pass onto you.

As I have just left school after completing my a levels, I have a good idea of exam structure and how to be concise with answers. I have perfected quick revision techniques to help younger students in preparation for their own exams. Throughout my time at school I spent a lot of time with younger students as head girl and feel I am able to effectively explain and use fun techniques to help them improve their English skills.I have a straight A and A* record in my GCSEs and alevels and hope this highlights my dedication to learning and the effectiveness of my revision techniques. I believe that no one is stupid or bad at a subject, but rather they need a better way to understand the subject.I am sure that I can help improve my students English skills which in turn will improve their grades across all essay based subjects.
