About Fredrick
I am an African American male who is a 3rd generation American. My scholastic journey was filled with challenges and obstacles. For example, I was told that I had dyslexia after having this brought to the attention of my teachers and classmates repeatedly in public discussion and examples. Learning how to overcome and operate as a challenge, I would spend hours practicing by myself to come up with my own patterns that I could recognize. Doing this helped me become more confident in myself and later in life set me up with the determination needed to excel. I love overcoming novel challenges and thinking deeply.
