About Kevin
I am a PhD Student at the University of Southern California studying Quantitative Psychology (you can think of it as applied statistics). I have always been passionate about teaching and hope to be a college professor one day. I have TAs for nine semesters in college as well as tutored students on the side for both pay and volunteering. In my free time, I love watching football, playing video games, and hiking. I am currently training for an Ironman!

I believe learning is best done through examples. The mathematics and statistics courses that I teach are usually done through an introduction/refresher of the material followed by examples to help students solidify their understanding of the material. While this is common I believe I am most useful in discovering where students are going wrong and creating different approaches to teach them the material until they finally understand it. Lessons can be for elementary school students all the way through introduction college courses.
