About Louise
I am 18 years old and have been in the kitchen since I joined the hotel school Spermalie at 11 years old. For 3 years, I have been training in baking / pastry making in Brussels. I am at the dawn of my professional career which I hope will fulfill my dream of one day becoming an artisan chocolate maker.

A list of ingredients / weighings will be made available a few days before the course. Together, we will bake, step by step, until cooking. There will be more to enjoy!
