About Louise
I am 18 years old and have been in the kitchen since I joined the hotel school Spermalie at 11 years old. For 3 years, I have been training in baking / pastry making in Brussels. I am at the dawn of my professional career which I hope will fulfill my dream of one day becoming an artisan chocolate maker.

The workshops are aimed at young and old and the recipes will be adapted according to the average age of the group (max 5 children per group). A list of ingredients / weighings will be made available a few days before the course. Together, we will bake, step by step, until cooking. There will be more to enjoy!
