About Megan
I am a student teacher in my first year of university, as well as having over 4 years experience in children's sports coaching and after school care dealing with a wide range of children. Within this job I have been able to build the foundations of my education career by learning how to interact with all sorts of children, and how best to articulate and convey myself in a way that I am now taken seriously as a leadership figure in the school. Whilst working in the school, I have been lucky enough to have been mentored by teachers who have helped to spark my interest in becoming a member of the teaching profession. Not only have they inspired me, but they have also given me an insight into the benefits and complexities in being a teacher which has cemented my aspiration to become one even more.

Throughout my own education and career progression I have felt myself flourish becoming a responsible, influential and determined young person and this is my aim for all of the children I teach. My teaching method is to treat each child with the respect and determination that I expect back from them. Going above and beyond in a way that children feel valued. To do this, I take on board the individual needs of each child and tailor every lesson.
