Rupsa has always been someone whose driven to develop her skills as a teacher. She has a positive attitude and has the ability to establish a rapport with her students which in the long run is beneficial for the student's academic development. She takes a great initiative towards making her student develop confidence in a particular subject.English being one of the subjects she has a great depth of knowledge, I would definitely recommend her to give tuitions for English.

I have known Rupsa for the past 3 years and I can say this without a doubt she is someone who you can always reach out to regarding any matter. I personally feel her passion for teaching people is commendable. I feel she will be a great match for teaching kids, English. I guess her best characteristic is that she makes kids feel comfortable and reassures them that it is a safe space, for clearing out their doubts and problems. I remember days when I didn't have the will to study and I had an exam the very next day it was Rupsa who was there to motivate me and make me understand concepts even when I had given up and that really helped me. That is when I realised she's not just a great teacher but often a savior. So I guess that's all I have to say :)
