About Tess

I tutored three students in English in high school for a total of 2 years. I always make sure that there is a good atmosphere during the lesson so the student knows that it is a safe environment. My biggest goal is always that the pupils dare to make mistakes, become curious and gain more self-confidence.

About the lesson

I deal with topics based on the students homework, for example, so that together we can see what is already going well and what isn't, and from there we can look for extra practice material. Above all, I think it is important to ensure that there is a pleasant atmosphere during the lesson. When the student feels comfortable, the learning is easy.

Tess is great! She helped my 11 year old daughter with “Begrijpen Lezen”. Within few lessons there was already a big development, she gives the right tools and builds confidence. I warmly recommend her.
