About Angelo
Maths has been a massive part of my academic life and I try to pass on that passion to everyone I teach. My lessons are dynamic and accessible, using techniques which get results. I have been tutoring close a year now, mainly focusing on GCSE and 11+ exams, where my students go on to get top grades. I am also DBS checked and have worked with kids in tennis coaching for over 4 years.

I structure my lessons by firstly going over the core concepts of the subject, then once the student has understood the basics progressively make the questions harder. I only move on from a subject when the student can fully comprehend and articulate what the questions are asking. More recently exam boards have moved away from the old-style of teaching, where students are expected to learn concepts and re-use them, to a more critical understanding of the topics in maths. My style fully incorporates this.
