About Izak
I am a student at Ohio University who studies Environmental Science and Sustainability. I also train in martial arts where I frequently use my breathing techniques to help with recovery. I find it very enjoyable to help others learn to control their breathing because, its something that everyone has to do but, few people know how much their breathing effects them.
