About Joe
I am primarily a brass player and started playing trombone at the age of 8. Having a background in many types of ensemble, I am familiar with a vast array of composition styles with a specialty in brass and woodwind.

I begin with basic exercises and techniques which build up to a composition task, where all of the techniques can be applied and tested. For more advanced students, I offer a similar method, and allow them to experiment more and develop their individual style.
