I am a student in my second year studying Sports Science, Coaching and Physical Education at Loughborough University. Through this I have knowledge and am seeking new knowledge within the fitness space. I am very keen to share this knowledge with others in a personalised way to suit individuals at all stages of learning.

As a young person with an interest in fitness I thoroughly enjoy helping others gain a greater understanding of the topic. I believe this is an aspect of life that is beneficial to everyone in one way or another so the greater understanding of these areas, the greater implementation and therefore quality of life in many respects.
