About Merlyn
History has always been my go-to subject, ever since I was in fourth grade. To elaborate, I watched this movie, "The mummy" and traveled to the Taj Mahal at the same time; this somehow pushed me towards understanding History and culminated my interest in Archaeology, which is my aspiration. Apart from my degree in History, have a Diploma in Egyptian Hieroglyphs. So if you want to get lost in the mysteries of Egypt then definitely give me a try. But otherwise, also, give me a chance to share my knowledge with you.

People say History is boring and is full of dates, well, they're not wrong but not correct either. Theoretical subjects like History require enthusiasm and interest to teach. With the correct balance of enthusiasm towards a subject and the knowledge of the subject, does wonder. I know that nobody would want to sit in a class with a monotonous reading of a text and the spilling of facts.
Well, as for me, I feel that imparting the study material visually plays an important role in understanding and remembering the concepts.
