About Annabeth
During the Corona crisis, students have largely followed distance education. This could be quite a challenge. As a result, many students are behind in one or more subjects and now have more difficulty than before with these subjects. This is very understandable.
I help you catch up in a way that suits you best. I've been following online education myself for almost two years now, so I know what works and what doesn't. I also know what is expected of you at a secondary school and that it can be quite tough.
I am a second-year university student myself. I graduated from high school (Dutch gymnasium) with a 9/10 for Italian and obtained my CILS B2 diploma with an 8/10. My Italian is very good, but I know better than anyone that learning Italian takes a lot of time, work and effort. I also know what the pitfalls are. In addition, I can help you with study tips tricks that I have picked up during my time at high school and university.

I don't have one particular way of teaching. My teaching method varies from explaining Italian grammar and then applying it together immediately to chatting together for an hour in Italian to improve your speaking skills. I am person-oriented and mainly look at what is best for you. In addition, we look at what you want to achieve with the lessons. Based on this, we determine which way of teaching suits you best and together we make a schedule that meets your needs. This ensures that you have enough time to repeat, practice and ask questions and that you will of course master the material to perfection!
My classes will take place online and last one hour. I teach high school students at all levels (VMBO, HAVO and VWO)!

Ik heb Frans gekozen als examen vak waar ik al snel spijt van kreeg omdat ik het toch een lastige taal vindt. Ik kwam bij Annabeth terecht en zij heeft mij op een hele fijne manier weer enthousiast gekregen voor de taal en ben van een 5 naar en 7,5 gemiddeld gegaan. Bedankt voor je goeie hulp Annabeth! Haar bijles is zeker aan te raden!
Annabeth is heel goed in dingen uitleggen op een manier die makkelijk en snel is. Ik bedoel als je mij kan uitleggen hoe de toekomst van china eruit gaat zien en ik snap het is dat op zichzelf al een prestatie. Persoonlijk wist ik niet dat Annabeth frans kon maar bij haar verbaast het me helemaal niks.
-HuisgenootjeDit is de beste bijles docent ooit. Ik ben van een zware onvoldoende (3,5) naar een voldoende gegaan (7,5) (met dyslexie). Werkt op eigen tempo en is erg geduldig!
Annabeth geeft op een hele toegankelijke manier les. Ze is erg geduldig en kan dingen vaak op meerdere manieren uitleggen. Bovendien is ze erg aardig en punctueel. Ik heb erg veel aan haar lessen gehad en ben van een 4,8 naar een 7,5 gemiddeld gegaan!
