About Alex
Hi! I’m Alex, a current BA International Relations student at Keele University. I’m passionate about global politics, history, and how countries interact with each other and the history that shapes our world. I really like to try to help GCSE students understand complex topics in a clear and engaging way — especially when it comes to politics, citizenship, even history when looking at past events.

I teach and support GCSE students in history and politics by helping them understand key topics, practise exam-style questions, and build confidence in applying knowledge. My sessions are interactive and tailored to each student’s learning style. Depending on what you need, I may not be a good tutor, but I try my best.

Alex is a very collected calm knowledgeable teacher who is patient. This was ideal for me as I am someone who is naturally quite anxious. I couldn’t recommend him more !
He’s really good, he’s helped me before in the past with revision. Explains very well, even if i don’t understand he tries another technique!
He has a wide range of skills when it comes to history, his passion for the subject really immerses with his teaching style, when using Alex, you’ll find yourself wondering and asking yourself questions on each topic you study. He’s quite witty in his own way , and I find that really helps with engagement. No complaints! Will definitely help you get the grades you need!
