I understand that my friend, Siddhesh Chourasia, wants to pursue his passion for teaching mathematics. I am pleased to recommend him for that position.

I have been his classmate for a long time in school. He was smart enough in mathematics to catch errors on the blackboard and correct the teacher. He also used to help us all in topics we found too challenging to study ourselves. He was the person we turned to a night before the test to get our queries resolved.

In class X, I remember him coming up with alternative solutions to several problems in geometry. His way would be different from the solution provided in the book and were praised by the teacher.

I have done group studies with him; his company helps me focus. He keeps me motivated whenever I am low-spirited. I once had a test in history, my weak subject, where I had given up all hopes. He counselled me and gave me inspiration to keep studying. Ultimately I did pass the test. This had happened when we were just fourteen years old.

I believe Siddhesh is mature enough to take up the role as a teacher. I don’t remember him ever getting angry or frustrated at anything or anyone. He is calm and gentle. He has a lot of patience.

Most importantly, he believes a good teacher must teach to impart knowledge, not complete the syllabus. It’s due to this quality that I think he’ll be an excellent teacher.

I think Siddhesh will prove himself to be an ideal teacher of his students. It's because I have seen him teaching kids with low knowledge in mathematics, getting distinction in the same after these students learned various methodologies and techniques from him to solve sums. I remember one kid name Roopa who wasn't much versed in Mathematics and always used to score passing marks to suffice criteria. But then one month of learning under Siddhesh showed outstanding results. Also I have seen Siddhesh take large amount of efforts in teaching these kids, apart from his own curriculum. I strongly recommend Siddhesh and I can assure you that his teaching methods will definitely help students rise in their academics and maths will be no more a barrier to his students.
