About Lilou
Who am I ? :
My name is LILOU, I am 19 years old. I give tutoring and homework help classes in Valence and in video via Skype or Zoom. I am attentive and caring.
Learning as well as supporting the child fascinates me.
My diplomas:
- BAC pro Service to the Person and Territories - mention very well.
- Currently in BTS Social and Family Economy (second year). I am doing this apprenticeship training in an MJC.
My professional experiences:
- 2-month crèche internship
- Work in MJC for 2 years:
[ N] I do 4 tutoring sessions per week with primary and secondary school students as part of my training.
In addition, I work daily with children, as part of the leisure center of the MJC
In training, I study the different teaching methods and techniques of learning.

I mainly use learning methods based on alternative pedagogies, concerned with well-being and adapted to the rhythm of each student.
Typical course of a course:
- I always start my lessons with a simple dialogue with the child in order to put him at ease and to establish a climate of confidence.
- If it is a homework help session, I let the child choose which subject he wants to start with.
- In order to best help the child, I use learning tools that can help him visualize what he has learned in class and memorize. Also, I try to go through the game when possible.
- The goal being to help the child, I go through the valuation of his skills and what he likes to do.
- If it is a question of tutoring we will come back to what the child has trouble understanding. Always preferably through fun tools or through play.
I would be able to adapt to any learning difficulties encountered by your child (dyspraxia, dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysorthography, etc.) [ N]
In my classes, there is no pressure. Serenity and good humor are guaranteed. (What better way to boost your self-confidence !?)
