About Haruhi
I am Haruhi, and am a second year student of BASc Arts and Sciences at UCL. I am based in London and Bristol.
I have been tutoring for over a year, teaching maths and sciences. I achieved 3 A*s in Maths, Biology, and Geography A levels and nine 9s in GCSEs.
I am passionate about learning and helping others achieve their academic goals. Becoming a tutor allows me to share my knowledge and make a positive impact on students' educational journeys by fostering an engaging learning environment. My goal is to inspire a love for learning and provide the guidance and support necessary for academic and personal growth.

My teaching methodology is designed to be adaptive, interactive, and student centred. During a lesson I will not only be teaching and reviewing the topics but will also be going through questions together, set for their level, for a real life adaptation of the knowledge to prepare for exams. I will provide continuous feedbacks on students’ performance, highlighting their strengths and addressing areas for improvement. In my lessons, I incorporate a variety of resources such as visual aids, interactive simulations, and textual explanations to cater to different learning styles.
The typical length of a lesson will be 60 minutes but I can cater for lessons between 30-120 minutes.
I have been tutoring for over a year, teaching maths and sciences. I achieved 3 A*s in Maths, Biology, and Geography A levels and nine 9s in GCSEs.
My lessons will be aimed at A levels, GCSEs, and KS3 students. I will also be able to support with university applications, personal statements, and sixth form entrance exams.
