I have been exactly where you are. I know the late nights, the confusing care plans, and the anxiety of massive exams. Hello future nurses and healthcare professionals! My name is Ashley, and I am thrilled to help you conquer your science and nursing courses. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and bring 11 years of hands-on, fast-paced clinical experience to our tutoring sessions. Throughout my career, I have worked in high-acuity environments, including the Emergency Department (ER), the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and on the Rapid Response Team. I am CCRN certified, and also hold ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications. Having navigated the intense reality of critical care and emergency response, I know firsthand the foundational knowledge you need—not just to pass your exams, but to become a safe, effective, and confident medical professional.
Anatomy and Physiology can feel like learning a completely new language, and nursing school can be overwhelmingly stressful. My approach to tutoring is built on patience, encouragement, and real-world application. Instead of just relying on rote memorization, we will work together to break down complex body systems and disease processes into digestible concepts. Because of my extensive background in the ER and ICU, I love connecting textbook theories to real-life clinical scenarios so you can understand exactly why a concept matters for your patient's survival. My goal is to reduce your test anxiety, build your critical thinking skills, and tailor every session to your unique learning style.
