In this course we will explore a slower movement flow that incorporates yoga, pilates, animal flow, stretching and some dance to improve flexibility, balance, mobility, enhance mood, ease stress, and improve posture and confidence, with more range of motion and lyricism than traditional yoga or pilates. Dive into a new approach towards fitness that feels organic and invigorating.
