About Kieran
I have been in the fitness industry for 5 years and am now studying for my BSc in Strength and Conditioning Science at St Mary's University in Twickenham, London.
I have extensive practical experience as a participant and coach within multiple Sports and different areas of fitness. My Coaching has been within group classes for general population as well as group and individual work with athletes from varied sports.

I provide teaching to anyone willing to learn more about health and fitness for themselves or in a professional setting.
My teaching methods are based on the needs of the individual and are discussion based around the subjects being learned. I encourage practical application of learning to both solidify learning and to progress deeper understanding of the topics.
